We can explore the continually uplifting and eroding sedimentary mudstone ("Greywacke") of the mountains and exciting patches of limestone. 

Studies
We can examine various examples of these minerals and learn about their composition.   We explore the rock material life cycle and see different stages of this as land material is stripped from the mountains and continue a long journey to the sea from where it previously came.
