From the 1860's this Zone was intended to develop its "English", life-styles and culture when they founded and built this settlement.

We find it in the architecture, town planning and the ways that people live and interact with each other.

Studies
We explore the reasons and factors that build cultures differently. With these we can accept and enjoy the differences other cultures in the world teach us.

Here we explore the typical classic English Victorian architecture, parks gardens, town's planning, structure and establishment process that formed and maintain the English Culture.

Soon we begin to "feel" the English influence and we can seek out the areas that make this culture different from ours and others.
