Harihari Now just quiet farming centres these were once thriving timber milling towns carving out their income from the giant forests that surrounded them. In the milling days the schools were bulging, there were large general stores, restaurants, a hospital. Now most of the people and shops are gone. However, we can still take a guided tour to see the rare White Heron birds nesting. We can take a tea break to enjoy the serenity of these once thriving industrial communities.
